Compared to other varieties of arugula, Astro germinates quickly and has a milder flavor. Astro is a standard arugula with slightly lobed, long green leaves and slightly mild spicy and nutty flavor. Plants are 6 to 12 inches tall and heat and cold tolerant. Perfect for baby greens in early spring and fall. Use in sandwiches, salads, and pizza. Functions well as a cut-and-come-again crop.
