California Poppy

Add a dose of bright color to poor, sandy soils by growing California poppy! It is California's state flower. California poppies are a self-seeding colorful wildflower. The cheery eye-popping flowers ignite the meadow or garden and make for fiery cut bouquets. At night or in cold, windy weather, the flowers close.
