Upland Cress is extremely easy to grow. Dwarf plants are 3 to 6 inches tall with rosettes of glossy, dark green leaves. Plants are slow bolting and long standing. Flavorful leaves have mild, peppery flavor. Excellent in salads and sandwiches or as a cooked green. Often called Creasy Greens in the South.
