Summary

Miyashige Daikon is a Japanese daikon radish. These radishes have long white roots that are between 12 to 18 inches long. They are mild and very crisp and tender. These high quality radishes can be used in sushi and added to stir fries and soups. Also excellent for pickling and storage. Daikon is a winter radish, so these need to be planted in late summer and harvested in fall and early winter.
