The Floradade tomato was developed by the University Of Florida to be resistant to the particular problems that affect tomatoes in the south. Floradade has the ability to withstand 90 °F to 100 °F temperatures. Determinate plants produce red 5 to 7 ounce tomatoes that are firm and smooth with slightly deep globes. This extremely popular market tomato is particularly suited to warm and humid climates.
