Summary
Aji Dulce is a sweet pepper found in Latin America and the Caribbean. Aji Dulce in Spanish means “sweet chile.” This pepper is closely related to the habanero. It has the same shape, size, and color as the habanero but without the heat. Peppers are wrinkled, thin-walled, and about 2 inches long. They turn from green to orange to red when mature. Aji Dulce peppers are perfect for people who love the flavor and aroma of habaneros but cannot handle the heat.
